As one of the originators of A Touch Of Class Auto Body Inc., my journey began in 1981. The business started as a hobby driven by the love of cars and a God given talent. Originally known for restoring classic vehicles and meticulous customizing services, A Touch of Class Auto Body Inc. received recognition for our passionate craftsmanship and precision in the early years. It’s still fun after all these years when I bring in a classic or a custom paint project, showing my staff I still got it. When I’m working on one of these projects and listen to the late night radio, I tell my wife that it’s the same music I listened to back when I started; strange thing is they call it classic music now…. hmmm. Over the past 20 years we began transforming to a premier collision and detailing center continuing with a priority on being our best every time A Touch Of Class performs a task. I have never forgotten what our customers have appreciated and expected from A Touch Of Class Auto Body Inc., “Quality with Integrity”.

Ron Petrus has been the production manager of A Touch Of Class Auto Body Inc. since 2003 and a collision technician for us since 1995. It is hard to find someone who believes in your dream and abides by your convictions. I have been so blessed to have Ron in my life because he has been that person to me. Ron's 30 plus years of experience in the industry and commitment to quality collision repairs is the foundation of our company. His leadership and direction oversee the daily operations of the repair process. Orchestrating his efficient workflow blueprint throughout all our vital departments creates the integrity known as A Touch of Class.

Ron Pannell ( Retired March 2021) has been a part of A Touch Of Class Auto Body Inc. for over 20 years. I have been so fortunate to have Ron dedicate his skill set to my vision. As one of the early pioneers to my journey, Ron helped develop the standards that A Touch Of Class Auto Body Inc. is known for. With 50 years of industry dedication as a mechanic and frame technician, his years of experience have transferred to his current position as our Operations Assistant. his responsibilities include vendor relations, office and production coordination, technician training and development, Certification and facility compliance.

Mike was hired in October of 2022 as part of the management team at ATOC. Mike has brought his unique style of honesty, work ethic and compassion for the simple things in life to our shop. As a grandfather he tells the best kid jokes. His biggest enthusiasm is for his weekend getaways to his RV trailer and the musical group Rush. He quickly has established himself as a vital part of our team's success in bringing the repair process to a timely completion. Mike's committed efforts in making sure all the puzzle pieces are present in a time where many supply chain issues are a major hurdle, reveals his care for the customer.

 

 

Miriannie was hired in August of 2018 as an Office administrator. The daughter of our lead painter Jose Robles, Miriannie's knowledge of cars has been spoon fed to her since she was old enough to hold a flashlight for her dad, while working on his Mazda. As the office manager Miriannie maintains our office efficiency by designing and implementing office policies to establish the standards and procedures to handle the claims process for our customers. Miriannie may never pick up a spray gun or straighten the frame on a damaged pickup truck, but her dedication as an efficient and informed office manager has contributed as much to the success of A Touch Of Class Auto Body Inc as our most-skilled technician.
