Free Estimates
To give our customers, the highest service we provide, we kindly ask that you call ahead of time to schedule an appointment. We can accommodate you without an appointment, but you may have a longer wait time in our lobby. The preliminary estimate process does depend on the severity of the damage, as with any vehicle repair. If your vehicle is deemed unsafe to drive, during this consultation, our office staff can assist you with coordination of your rental reservation set up by your insurance claims representative (if applicable). The preliminary estimate will create a blue print on how we are going to proceed with repairs. Upon receiving your authorization, we will initiate the repair process by pre-ordering necessary parts and scheduling your appointment for service.
Our office staff will communicate with your insurance company to expedite the repair process so you don’t have to.
Towing Assistance
If you have an insurance claim already set up please contact your claims representative or department directly for assistance in arranging a tow for your vehicle. We collaborate with local towing companies to facilitate this process. In most cases, the insurance company will set up the tow for you when your claim in processed.
If you are processing an insurance claim, your claim handler can also arrange the release of your vehicle if it has been impounded and will guide you through the process of the requirements of authorization of release for your vehicle.

Rental Car Assistance**
We do not have our own rental car services, but we work with our local Enterprise and Hertz Rental Car companies to make getting into a rental easier for you. The rental car company will shuttle you to and from their office. When your vehicle is completed, you can simply return your rental to our shop and we will make the arrangements for pick up.
** We are unable to guarantee a completion date or time, due to the complex nature of the repair process. Therefore, we do not accept and liability for rental fees that exceed your insurance company limits.
